Choosing a package is a first step

A free discovery conversation lasts 20 minutes and carries no obligation to purchase. Choosing a package on this website does not enroll you. We confirm the participants, session schedule and payment arrangement in your agreement before payment.

Introductory coaching

The $300 introductory package includes three 60-minute sessions. It is a commitment to the full package: client withdrawal, package cancellation, missed appointments and late cancellations do not entitle the client to a refund. No $500 program deposit applies. The coach-delivery and mandatory-rights provisions below still apply.

Introductory, preparation and integration three-session packages must be completed within 90 days of purchase unless a different end date is agreed in writing before signing. Coach-caused postponements extend the applicable window.

Rescheduling, missed sessions & late arrival

You may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled, missed or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice are nonrefundable and are not guaranteed to be rescheduled unless agreed in writing. These paid-session rules do not create a fee for a free discovery call.

A late arrival normally leaves the original end time unchanged. More than 15 minutes late without notice may be treated as a missed session. Use the rescheduling link in your appointment confirmation or contact Constantine. Check the time zone shown in that confirmation.

Monthly coaching & stopping renewal

Individual coaching is $600 and paired coaching is $800 per calendar-month billing period, including four 60-minute sessions. The billing anchor and four session dates are confirmed in the agreement. If the billing date does not occur in a month, billing uses that month’s final day and returns to the original date when available. Monthly does not mean every four weeks.

Separate recurring-payment authorization is required before recurring charges begin. To stop renewal, send written notice before the next agreed billing date. There is no four-week notice requirement, cancellation fee or additional monthly charge. The current paid period is nonrefundable for client withdrawal; remaining sessions stay available until its agreed end date unless an extension is confirmed in writing. Cancelling renewal does not itself cancel appointments.

Longer programs & the credited deposit

A $500 direct-payment program deposit is included in tuition, never added to it. No $500 deposit applies to introductory, monthly, preparation or integration packages. A financed full-tuition invoice does not require a second deposit.

If a client withdraws from a longer program, the amount retained or owed is the greater of the $500 deposit or the package-priced value of sessions delivered or counted as used, capped at total tuition. Session value is total tuition divided by the included session count in the signed addendum. Prepaid amounts above that amount are refundable. If less has been paid, only the earned shortfall remains due; future installments are adjusted or cancelled. Withdrawal does not accelerate the unpaid full balance.

If Constantine cannot deliver

A session cancelled by Constantine does not count as used. We may agree to replacement dates. If Constantine cannot deliver the service or ends coaching, prepaid undelivered sessions are refundable at their package price, including the applicable deposit credit. Future charges for undelivered service stop. Client-withdrawal retention does not apply to undelivered service in this circumstance.

Paired coaching

Both participants sign, and the payer and receipt recipient are identified separately. If either stops participating, joint sessions and renewal pause until both participants and Constantine agree in writing to continue, change format or end. Paired coaching does not automatically convert to solo coaching. The applicable monthly or program rule governs termination, without a second withdrawal fee. Private account records are not automatically shared between participants.

Payment questions & reconciliation

Your signed schedule gives actual payment dates. An agreed installment plan replaces the requirement to pay full tuition before the first session; the final balance owed to Kairosia is due seven days before the agreed program or monthly-period end. Overdue payment may pause future sessions while it is resolved; this does not impose an extra fee or accelerate the full balance.

Before collecting a termination balance, Kairosia provides a written calculation of tuition, session count, delivered or used sessions, payments, deposit credit and resulting refund or balance. Third-party financing has its own repayment arrangement; it does not allow Kairosia to retain more than is due under the coaching agreement.
