Build routines you can follow through on. Work toward your goals without turning every day into a battle with yourself. We look at where you get stuck, experiment with a different approach, and use what happens between sessions to find a rhythm you can sustain.

Schedule
Four-week standard program; exact cadence agreed together
Turn the gap between knowing and doing into routines you can actually use. Explore where effort helps, where it gets in your way, and how to respond with more intention.
How the program works+
Wu wei is a Daoist idea often translated as non-action: learning when to act and when forcing harder is making things worse. We apply it to daily routines, goals, and real decisions.
What’s included+
6 × 90 minutes with Constantine, guided discussion, and practical application between sessions. Your final agreement confirms the materials, schedule, and any between-session support.

Program investment+
$1,500.00
Begin with a $500 deposit on a direct-payment arrangement, credited toward this total. An eligible financed invoice follows its own down-payment terms. Payment options are explained below.
Payment options & terms+
$1,500.00 total coaching fee. The balance owed to Kairosia must be paid no later than seven days before your program or monthly period ends. Your agreement lists the actual dates.
A direct-payment arrangement can start with a $500 deposit credited toward the total, with the remainder due by the agreed deadline. If you finance an invoice, do not also pay a separate $500 deposit: any amount already paid is credited before the remaining invoices are issued.

1 invoice of $1,500.00. If Pay in 4 is offered and approved for an invoice, its four repayments would be $375.00 each.

Weeks here mean elapsed time from enrollment (week 0), not the numbered session weeks. Dates are illustrative and are confirmed against your actual end date. The sample balance deadline is elapsed week 2; your written agreement sets the actual calendar date.
PayPal, cards & other payment options
PayPal Pay in 4 may be offered on eligible U.S. purchases of $10–$2,000: a quarter at checkout, then three payments every two weeks. Each invoice requires its own approval. Availability depends on the client, location, merchant and transaction; it is not promised for recurring subscriptions.
If you use approved third-party financing, the provider pays the invoice upfront. You then repay the provider under its own agreement; those repayments may continue after your coaching ends.
Pay Monthly or other financing may appear at eligible checkout. Interest and terms vary; review the APR, total repayment amount, and dates before accepting. Available card and wallet choices will be shown on your actual invoice.
An eligible credit card may let you pay on its statement due date. Timing depends on your billing cycle and how the issuer treats the transaction. Card interest or fees can still apply, even when the PayPal plan is interest-free. There is no guaranteed ten-week extension or interest-free card period.
PayPal currently excludes Capital One, Citibank and Chase credit cards from these loan repayments; other restrictions can apply. Confirm eligibility in PayPal and with your card issuer. No card brand is guaranteed to work.
The written agreement confirms what is included, credits for prior payments, invoice dates, and cancellation terms before you pay. I am not currently accepting insurance. Sliding-scale pricing can be negotiated as needed.
